REALPTT User Service Agreement

1. Application and Acceptance of the Agreement

This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and REALPTT (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") regarding the use of this website and related services. Your access to and use of the Platform's services shall signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Content

The Platform provides network tools, information display, data processing, online interaction and other related services. The Platform reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account and Usage Norms

3.1 Users shall ensure that the registration information provided is true, valid and complete.

3.2 Users shall not use the Platform to engage in the following activities:

• Publishing illegal, non-compliant, infringing, obscene, violent or false information
• Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests
• Maliciously attacking, invading, interfering with or damaging the Platform's services or servers
• Abnormal usage behaviors such as bulk collection, crawling, fake traffic generation, bulk registration and automated operations

3.3 Users shall bear full legal responsibility for all behaviors under their own accounts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content on the Platform (including text, images, interfaces, codes, icons, designs, etc.) is owned by the Platform.

4.2 Without authorization, users shall not copy, distribute, modify, disseminate or use the content for commercial purposes.

5. User Conduct and Liability

If a User causes any third-party claims or administrative penalties due to violation of this Agreement, the User shall bear full responsibility; if the Platform suffers losses as a result, the User shall compensate the Platform accordingly.

6. Service Changes, Interruption and Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to maintenance, upgrades, policy adjustments, compliance requirements and other reasons, without liability to Users or third parties.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Platform does not guarantee that the services will be absolutely uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2 The Platform shall not be liable for losses caused by network failures, third-party services, force majeure and other reasons.

7.3 Users shall bear their own risks arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Amendment of the Agreement

The Platform reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users' continued use of the services shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the Platform's location for litigation.
